Of beer pong, that is. Sorry for my absence, it has been a busy, fun-filled summer week. We spent the day at the beach on Friday with my faux book club ladies, Saturday was catch up at home day (still not caught up, by the way) until I took my bambinos to my in laws for their first overnight (more on that later). Saturday night was a fabulous party where my good friend Jen and I won the title of Beer Pong Champions. It was a late night and we made the most of having a no kids party– I was surprised at how easy it is to chat with friends when you aren’t chasing toddlers!
While we were hanging with friends, my sweet Jackson was melting down at my husband’s parents’ house. My father in law is a saint and stayed up ALL NIGHT with my little man, playing cars. Sidney girl slept like a champ in her pack and play, so at least one was easy for them! I love my in laws and I feel awful Jackson had such a difficult time. Today was most definitely a day of rest for all of us in the Baby Gators Den house. Lots of naps and a 6pm bed time for half the house.
I felt the need to pop in and say hi. I’m still here, just trying to get the most out of our dwindling summer days. I have some really cool reviews and giveaways coming up this week so you will be seeing a lot more of me. I hope you are having a fantastic summer, before you know it we will be sipping pumpkin coffee again! Yum, I love fall in New England!
