I hope you’re having a great week 🙂 I’ve been using the My Fitness Pal app religiously and have seen great results in week 4 of Project 10. This free app is amazing and there are two features that are my favorite. The first is that it’s a social app and allows you to be friends with people and share your diary. I share my “food” diary with friends so that I hold myself accountable before I eat 18 munchkins. Of course, it doesn’t make a difference if you don’t record everything that goes in your mouth so being honest with myself has been the key. I haven’t lost a TON of weight, however my clothes are fitting better and I have more energy. That was my goal at the beginning of Project 10 and I’m happy with the progress made the past 4 weeks. Here is a picture from this week that I like because I can now wear Sidney in an Ergo baby carrier without rocking the muffin top. For the babywearing friends out there, this was the first time wearing her in back carry and I posted it on Instagram to get peoples’ opinions (consensus was that she was a little low).
So the numbers for week 4 of Project 10 are:
beginning weight: 150.0
end of week 4: 145.6*
-2.lbs for the week
-4.4 lbs total
